Do subscription flowers come in a vase?

Our subscription flowers do not currently come in a vase, unless otherwise stated.

Can I pause my flower subscription?

You can pause your subscription up to three consecutive deliveries. Simply, contact our customer support team at support@sevenflowersllc.com with the following information:

1. Your Name

2. Subscription Order Number

3. Delivery date pause and restart date

We understand that life happens, so we've made the subscription flexible to work with you or your recipient's schedule.

Can I amend or cancel my flower subscription?

To amend or cancel a subscription, please email our customer support team at support@sevenflowersllc.com with the following information:

1. Your Name

2. Subscription Order

3. Contact Information

For subscription modifications, please indicate the desired changes to your subscription.

For cancellations, please understand that you will not receive a refund if you choose to cancel in the middle of your prepaid subscription. Canceling means your subscription will not renew, and you will not be charged again on your renewal date (initial order date). You will still receive all remaining bouquets from your subscription.

What happens if the recipient is not home?

We hand-deliver and ship all of our flower arrangements with signature-release. This means that the delivery driver will leave the package in the safest spot they can at the address. In rare instances, if the driver do not feel there is a safe space to leave the package, it may delay delivery until the following day.
